All orders at The Mermaid's Purse are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of ordering being placed, unless otherwise stated (i.e. holidays, Christmas, etc...).

In the unlikely event of a delay we will contact you as soon as possible via email!

All orders are sent with An Post standard, if you would prefer Registered post or Express please contact us at info@themermaidspurse.ie

Our shipping rates:

(Updated on 05/07/2020, new shipping rates due to increase of AnPost costs)

Shipping is FREE for all orders to Ireland over 30€, for all other orders our new shipping rates are as follows:

- to Ireland and Northern Ireland: 2€ per order;

- to the U.K.: 4€ per order; FREE for orders above 40€

- to the rest of the World: 7€ flat rate.

We're happy to discuss any other shipping option with our customers, so please get in touch!

If placing an order from outside the EU, please remember that you may incur in extra custom tax charges.

At The Mermaid's Purse, we care about the environment: all our mailing bags are either paper of made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic and 100% biodegradable (... not compostable, but we're working on it!), and the tissue paper we use to wrap your purchases is made from 100% recycled paper. And it's compostable!

We decided to not include paper invoices with our orders, but if you need one just let us know at info@themermaidspurse.ie and we will print it on Evercopy 100% recycled paper.
