Welcome to The Mermaid's Purse PreLoved collection!

It runs as a consignment shop, and all the clothes are inspected in our HQ, but we cannot assure that all items come from pet-free, smoke-free homes. We check for quality, marks, stains and defects, and we try to describe the condition on the description and pictures.

There are all sorts of different brands in this section of our shop, and we clearly state the size/age as we can see it on the label.

For measurements etc. please refer to the manufacturer's own website, as every and each brand seems to differ a little in their sizing.

Here is a list of the terms that we use most in our descriptions: BNWT (brand new with tags), BNWOT (brand new without tags), VGUC/EUC (Very good/excellent used condition), GUC (good used condition, usually means a few marks and/or stains), PLAYWEAR (marks, stains, holes, etc: we will try and highlight every and each one).
